Assignment 12.1
- Navigate to My Drive within your Google Drive account.
- Inside of your Careers folder, create a new folder titled Law, Public Safety, Corrections, and Security.
Assignment 12.2
- Go through this presentation to become familiar with the Law, Public Safety, Corrections, and Security career cluster.
- Make a copy of this Google Document, rename it Pathways12-(Your Initials), and move it into your Law, Public Safety, Corrections, and Security folder.
- Utilize the following links to get a stronger understanding of the Law, Public Safety, Corrections, and Security Career Cluster and to complete your document:
- Using the information you have obtained, provide feedback in this Google Form.
Assignment 12.3
- After researching the Law, Public Safety, Corrections, and Security career cluster, you need to select a career within that career cluster to research. Confirm with your instructor, via email or in person, what career you chose.
- You can use the resources below, but you will need to find FIVE additional credible resources to enhance your understanding of the career chosen.
- Make a copy of this Google Document, rename it Career Questions-(Your Initials), and move it into your Law, Public Safety, Corrections, and Security folder. As you research your chosen career, you need to gather information and answer the questions posed in the document.
- Once you have compiled your information about your chosen career within the Law, Public Safety, Corrections, and Security career cluster, you will be required to choose your means of presentation from your Presentation Forms spreadsheet. Once you have your selection for Law, Public Safety, Corrections, and Security, go ahead and create the required materials following the minimum requirements as stated in the Presentation Forms spreadsheet.
Assignment 12.4
- On Day 61, you will have your project evaluated by your classmates while you do the same for them. Your project will be evaluated based on this Scoring Rubric. Make a copy of this Scoring Rubric, rename it Law, Public Safety, Corrections, and Security Scoring Rubric-(Your Initials), and move it into your Law, Public Safety, Corrections, and Security folder. When instructed, use this form to evaluate your assigned classmates. Once you receive your assigned classmates, double click each student sheet tab to rename it as the classmate you are observing.
