- Research various antitrust laws. Determine how and why these laws were put into place. Here are some examples:

- Celler-Kefauver Act (1950)
- Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Antitrust Improvements Act (1976)
- Robinson-Patman Act (1936)
- Federal Trade Commission Act (1914)
- Clayton Antitrust Act (1914)
- Choose TWO at a minimum. Read through your researched information to become familiar with the law and why it was passed.
- In your document, record your findings in paragraph form that’s one-half to a full page in length (size 12, Times New Roman font, double-spaced). List your sources of information in a footer at the bottom of the page.
