Assignment 6.3
- After researching the Finance career cluster, you need to select a career within that career cluster to research. Confirm with your instructor, via professional email, what career you chose.
- You can use the resources below, but you will need to find FIVE additional credible resources to enhance your understanding of the career chosen.
- Make a copy of this Google Document (Espanol), rename it Career Questions-(Your Initials), and move it into your Finance folder. As you research your chosen career, you need to gather information and answer the questions posed in the document.
- Once you have compiled your information about your chosen career within the Finance career cluster, you will be required to create a brochure (1-page front and back) that details your findings about that career (Example). Here are the things you will need to complete this project:
- Log into your Canva account from the last cluster using your school’s Google login information. (A Beginner’s Guide to Canva)
- Use the Templates option to search for Brochure templates. Choose a free one to get you started.
- Be sure to provide information pertaining to each of the questions posed in your Career Questions above as a part of your brochure.
- Use images, shapes, graphics, tables, text, and drawing options to enhance your brochure.
- When you are finished, click on Share in the top right. Select Download at the bottom of the list. Then choose PDF Standard from the File Type drop-down menu. Save the file into your Finance folder and title it MyBrochure-(Your Initials).
- Create a new Google Document titled Work Cited to document your sources. Name the file WorkCited-(Your Initials). (Use MLA formatting…Resource)
